Sometimes we don't have eyes to see the obvious, it's incredible but it happens so often to all of us. I think it's also somehow related to the advertising: you know they're saying that our eyes are blind to adverts even if they're huge because we are really used to indentify them as ads and so we know we are not supposed to pay attention to them, no matter what their size is. It happens the same in our life, just that sometimes we don't know to distinghuish what it's really important from what it's not. In life there are no rules to identify precisely what is an advert from what it's something really huge but to which you must pay attention...

blinded by the light.... yup, a person can see things but looks right on through them. hmm but i agree, truth isn't always "obvious"...rose colored glasses maybe the problem ;) or the truth is hidden on purpose for whatever reason...deep..

Well said and true. I'm definitely one of those people. The thing I hate is when people expect you to read their minds. I've always been an advocate of good communication. I wish more people would just voice what is on their minds instead of cryptic body language that can mean a million things depending on different variables.

Voicing what is on your mind--is easier said than done for some people. I really don't know why.
